WTF HRC?

H Robert 4WE DEMOCRATS can only take so much of this! Stop bashing FBI Director Comey and look at your own campaign. Who allowed that dimwit Weiner to get with 100 feet of Huma’s laptop? Or why didn’t Huma just avoid sharing it with him? Poor judgment, beyond the server itself.

And regarding the FeeBees, what else was Comey supposed to do? As this writer has stated in these pages as early as July, the DOJ  faux recusal tossed the issue right into his lap, and he has handled it admirably, guarding the office’s reputation. Notifying Congress of possible new information regarding a closed case cannot be equated with the announcement of a new investigation or a filing of an indictment, hence, no violation of the 60-day rule.

The HRC decision to attack Comey is, unequivocally, the wrong course of action. His statements, thus far, may not be Ciceronian, but, hey, he is not a politician. That’s the DOJ’s job. Rather, HRC should act presidential and overlook his imperfections, and continue to support his efforts. Don’t act like Trump by attacking our system. You can goad the Trump buffoons into messing it up, as they will do.

There is one additional point that HRC has completely missed: in the next few days, Comey is likely to issue a statement that is very harmful to the Trump campaign. Why be in the position requiring another somersault regarding Comey?

The worst case scenario is that HRC still wins, which is a certainty, but a couple of Senate races are lost. Another 4 years of gridlock. So what? At least you’ll have the law (Comey) on your side against Chaffetz’s cheapsters.

What do you have to say, Pilgrim?
