In this time of true crisis, a yes-man to “regulations” is not enough. Those regs require the AG to withhold negative information not resulting in an indictment, at least according to the old man (Disclaimer: He’s younger than me.) So how does Congress obtain information to consider impeachment or ameliorative legislation? It’s time to move on to 2020 with Brown-Kobuchar, and with Harris-Booker in the mix, and with AOC-Swallwell taking preparatory notes. Case closed.
