Eventually, they will see the light of day. Why else has Trump avoided crossing paths with DNI Chief Coats and NSA Chief Nakasone? Those eminent professionals avoid politics, unless the nation’s security is at stake.
The question now, then, is Trump actually going to risk an overt conspiracy with Putin to guarantee his reelection? Such a move would likely be of concern to our cited intelligence professionals. What would be the mechanics of the transmission of the tapes to the Congressional Intel Committees. How would McConnell and Nunes attempt to block that effort? How will we know when this happens? Has it already happened?
