At 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Lindsey Graham has falsely labeled the government of Iran a world-wide threat, and has stoked the fires for war. It is likely that the new IRGC commander has engaged in a fool-hardy action in downing a U.S. drone. However, rather than plunging into war, or encouraging Israel to initiate military action, the U.S. should encourage the government of Iran to reign in the IRGC. For the 2-bit redneck chicken from South Carolina to encourage a world war is nothing short of treason. A war with Iran will involve China, Russia and North Korea. Our “allies” will not stand by us. The Saudi princes will fade into the desert, in accordance with the Arab character. In sum, there is no guarantee that we will prevail in a world war, especially without allies – see Hitler’s Germany.
