Anyone who has the urge to eviscerate a case of empty beer cans can access his local range 24 hours a day without risking injury to the public, either by accident or by misuse or theft of his weapon. It would also be a new business opportunity for entrepreneurs and not infringe upon the right to possess self-defense pistols.
